John Brown – John leads the Professional & Executive search division team team and spent twenty years learning and developing his skills in business – from entry level to the senior executive level – his last position as Senior Vice President Human Resources for a major, multi-billion dollar global company. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY and completed the Executive Education Program from the University of Michigan. John’s background also includes a strong assessment center and selection system development background, including in-depth employment process analysis and program development, professional & executive search and behavioral-based selection system design and implementation. John has been leading executive search assignments for Fortune 500 clients, mid-sized businesses and smaller companies - helping organizations build talent and future leaders. John is married with two daughters and lives in a suburb of Rochester, NY.
